Services are tailored to each client. A formal engagement letter or service agreement will outline specific deliverables and pricing.

Payment

Invoices are issued monthly or as agreed. Payment terms are 7 or 14 days unless otherwise stated. Late fees may apply to overdue payments.

Cancellations

You may cancel ongoing services with 14 days' written notice. Any completed work to date will be invoiced accordingly.
